About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring an Oracle EBS Field Service Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle EBS CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Field Service
- Working knowledge of SOA Suite, SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within United States.
