Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Field Service Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS CX. What you will do: - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on Field Service - Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder Contract engagement, onsite in Manchester.
