Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Learning Management (OLM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle EBS HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Learning Management (OLM) and Advanced Benefits - Working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, OAF Advisory engagement, onsite in Bengaluru.
