About the role
Mirevale Retail Group is hiring an Oracle EBS HCM Programme Director to join a greenfield Oracle EBS HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Learning Management (OLM)
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, onsite in Bengaluru.
