About the role
Pranit Steel & Alloys is hiring an Oracle Fusion B2C Service Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2C Service and Incentive Compensation
- Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
