Maplegrove Utilities is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (B2C Service) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion CX estate. What you will do: - Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use - Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design - Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2C Service and Incentive Compensation - Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs Freelance contract: 24 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
