About the role
Pinewell Capability Centre is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (B2C Service) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2C Service and Incentive Compensation
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
