About the role
Mirevale Retail Group is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (Knowledge Management) to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion CX implementation.
What you will do:
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Knowledge Management
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Advisory engagement, remote within South Africa.
