About the role
Kaveri Agro Industries is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (Sales) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Sales
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 37 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
