About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Live Experience) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Live Experience and Sales
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher, Redwood UX
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Kolkata.
