About the role
Lakeshore Health Network is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Talent Review and Succession) to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion HCM to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Talent Review and Succession
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 37 weeks, 30 hours a week, remote — global.
