Oracle Fusion Performance Management Techno-Functional Consultant

Ashwood Telecom is hiring an Oracle Fusion Performance Management Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Performance Management and Goal Management - Working knowledge of Groovy, Smart View / FR Studio Advisory engagement, remote within India.
