About the role
Stratavine Talent is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM.
What you will do:
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Goal Management
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 24 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
