Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Learning)

Talwind Insurance Services is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Learning) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Learning - Working knowledge of OIC, OTM, OTBI - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, fully remote.
