Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Compensation)

Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Compensation) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end - Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules - Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Compensation - Working knowledge of Fast Formula, Groovy Part time engagement, onsite in Sydney.
