Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director

Orchard Lane GCC is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Talent and Compensation - Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, hybrid in Chicago.
