Associate Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Recruiting)

Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring an Associate Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Recruiting) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap. What you will do: - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Recruiting and Talent - Working knowledge of Groovy, Smart View / FR Studio Part time engagement, remote within India.
