About the role
Quillfield Partners is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Recruiting Technical Lead to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Recruiting and Talent
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX, FBDI
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 30 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
