Associate Oracle Fusion Time & Labour Techno-Functional Consultant

Thamesbridge Public Services is hiring an Associate Oracle Fusion Time & Labour Techno-Functional Consultant to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM. What you will do: - Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them - Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope - Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Time & Labour and Recruiting - Working knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate Advisory engagement, remote within Mexico.
