About the role
Bluecairn Staffing is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Time & Labour Functional Consultant to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Time & Labour
- Working knowledge of EPM Automate
Contract engagement, hybrid in Singapore.
