About the role
Mehrbaan Foods is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Time & Labour Technical Lead to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Time & Labour
- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, REST APIs
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 29 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
