About the role
Halcyra Pharma is hiring an Oracle EBS TeleSales Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle EBS CX.
What you will do:
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle EBS CX, with hands-on TeleSales and TeleService
- Working knowledge of ODI, Oracle Forms & Reports
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
