About the role
Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (Learning Management (OLM)) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle EBS HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle EBS HCM, with hands-on Learning Management (OLM)
- Working knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports, Workflow Builder
