About the role
Harborline Shipping is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (Incentive Compensation) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion CX estate.
What you will do:
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Incentive Compensation
- Working knowledge of OIC, OTM
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within India.
