About the role
Ravisha Workforce Partners is hiring an Oracle Fusion B2C Service Techno-Functional Lead to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2C Service
- Working knowledge of OTBI, HDL
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract engagement, onsite in Kochi.
