About the role
Sarvat ERP Solutions is hiring an Oracle Fusion Loyalty Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Loyalty
- Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts
Contract engagement, remote within United States.
