About the role
Tessaline Systems is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion CX estate.
What you will do:
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Loyalty
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher, Redwood UX
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 28 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
