About the role
Indigrove Healthcare is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Volunteering
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, remote within Canada.
