Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Learning) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 1–4 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Learning - Working knowledge of EPM Automate, Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher Freelance contract: 10 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
