About the role
Orvane Consulting is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
What you will do:
- Gather payroll and statutory requirements for each country in scope
- Build and test fast formulas for pay, absence and statutory calculations
- Load balances and year-to-date figures through HDL and reconcile them
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Compensation
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 8 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
