About the role
Ledgerkraft Consulting is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Time & Labour) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support payroll users through UAT, the first live runs and year-end
- Configure elements, earnings, deductions and payroll calculation rules
- Plan and run parallel payroll runs and reconcile differences with the payroll team
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Time & Labour
- Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX, FBDI
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Manchester.
