About the role
Lakeshore Health Network is hiring an Oracle NetSuite CX Solution Architect (SuiteCommerce) to join an Oracle NetSuite CX upgrade and re-implementation.
What you will do:
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle NetSuite CX, with hands-on SuiteCommerce
- Working knowledge of SuiteScript
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
