About the role
Northwyn Analytics is hiring a Freelance Associate Oracle PeopleSoft Technical Consultant (Learning Management) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle PeopleSoft HCM estate.
What you will do:
- Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short
- Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results
- Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 1–4 years on Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, with hands-on Learning Management
- Working knowledge of PeopleCode / App Engine, BI Publisher, SQL / PL-SQL
Freelance contract: 34 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
