Oracle Fusion Workforce Planning (EPM) Techno-Functional Lead

Orchard Lane GCC is hiring an Oracle Fusion Workforce Planning (EPM) Techno-Functional Lead to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion EPM to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Build business rules, calculations and data integrations from the general ledger - Automate data loads and administrative tasks with EPM Automate - Document the model and train administrators for run-and-maintain - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion EPM, with hands-on Workforce Planning (EPM) and Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management - Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Permanent engagement, hybrid in Dublin.
