About the role
Aurenza Global Services is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Intelligent Advisor) to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap.
What you will do:
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Intelligent Advisor
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher
Advisory engagement, onsite in Hyderabad.
