About the role
Zephyrine Logistics is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Solution Architect (Incentive Compensation) to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Incentive Compensation
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, EPM Automate
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Contract to hire engagement, hybrid in Singapore.
