About the role
Orchard Lane GCC is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Incentive Compensation
- Working knowledge of Groovy, Smart View / FR Studio
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 37 weeks, 30 hours a week, remote — global.
