About the role
Northwyn Analytics is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Partner Relationship Management Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion CX.
What you will do:
- Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design
- Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders
- Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Partner Relationship Management and Knowledge Management
- Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 20 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
