Freelance Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director

Coraline Bank (GCC) is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion CX implementation. What you will do: - Design lead-to-order and service-request processes with sales and service leaders - Set up dashboards and reports that sales and service managers actually use - Run UAT with field and inside-sales teams and refine the design - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2B Commerce - Working knowledge of REST APIs - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 30 weeks, 20 hours a week, hybrid.
