Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director

Mehrbaan Foods is hiring an Oracle Fusion CX Programme Director to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion CX roadmap. What you will do: - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on B2B Commerce and Subscription Management - Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, remote within Ireland.
