Trainee Oracle Fusion Field Service Techno-Functional Consultant

Vardhan Power Utilities is hiring a Trainee Oracle Fusion Field Service Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units. What you will do: - Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows - Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems - Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 0–2 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Field Service - Working knowledge of HCM Extracts, REST APIs Advisory engagement, onsite in Abu Dhabi.
