About the role
Kestrelline Digital is hiring a Senior Oracle Fusion Service Techno-Functional Consultant to join the rollout of Oracle Fusion CX to new countries and business units.
What you will do:
- Configure territories, assignment rules, entitlements and service workflows
- Integrate CX with ERP, marketing automation and contact-centre systems
- Support adoption after go-live with targeted enablement
- Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work
What you bring:
- 5–10 years on Oracle Fusion CX, with hands-on Service and CPQ
- Working knowledge of FBDI, Fast Formula
