Gulfmark Infra Holdings is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion ME Techno-Functional Lead to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on ME - Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio, BI Publisher - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Freelance contract: 36 weeks, 30 hours a week, hybrid.
