Oracle Fusion ME Technical Lead

Tessaline Systems is hiring an Oracle Fusion ME Technical Lead to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on ME and Core HR - Experience with Multi-country / Global localization — statutory, tax and reporting setups - Working knowledge of BI Publisher, Redwood UX, FBDI - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, fully remote.
