Freelance Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Workforce Health and Safety)

Mirevale Retail Group is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (Workforce Health and Safety) to join our managed-services team supporting a live Oracle Fusion HCM estate. What you will do: - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification What you bring: - 3–7 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Health and Safety and Strategic Workforce Planning - Working knowledge of FBDI, Fast Formula, Groovy Freelance contract: 12 weeks, 40 hours a week, hybrid.
