Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Workforce Health and Safety)

Lakeshore Health Network is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Workforce Health and Safety) to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Workforce Health and Safety - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, remote within United Kingdom.
