Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Help Desk)

Stratavine Talent is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Help Desk) to join a migration onto Oracle Fusion HCM. What you will do: - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Bridge functional design and technical build — write specs and review the developers' work What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Help Desk and Workforce Health and Safety - Working knowledge of Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Advisory engagement, onsite in Bengaluru.
