Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Help Desk)

Desertrose Retail LLC is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Help Desk) to join an Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade and re-implementation. What you will do: - Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end - Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live - Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 10–18 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Help Desk - Working knowledge of Visual Builder Studio - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Part time engagement, hybrid in Sydney.
