About the role
Bluecairn Staffing is hiring a Freelance Oracle Fusion HCM Programme Director to join an advisory engagement shaping an Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap.
What you will do:
- Guide HR users through UAT, training and go-live
- Configure enterprise structures, eligibility profiles and approval workflows
- Design self-service flows for employees and managers, and test them end to end
- Build reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions (RICE) to specification
What you bring:
- 15–25 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Dynamic Skills and Journeys
- Working knowledge of Smart View / FR Studio, Essbase / Calc Scripts, OIC
- Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops
Freelance contract: 9 weeks, 40 hours a week, remote — global.
