Oracle Fusion Talent Review and Succession Lead

Elmspire Contract Solutions is hiring an Oracle Fusion Talent Review and Succession Lead to join a greenfield Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. What you will do: - Gather HR and talent requirements across countries and business units - Build and test fast formulas and validation rules where standard setup falls short - Load worker and assignment data through HDL and verify the results - Own the functional design document and the configuration workbook What you bring: - 8–14 years on Oracle Fusion HCM, with hands-on Talent Review and Succession and Career Development - Experience leading a workstream and client-facing workshops Contract engagement, remote within India.
